Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely back to us.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
